- For bookings arriving in January, February, June, July, August and September, cancellations up to 12:00 noon (local time), 14 days before the date of arrival will not incur a charge.
- For bookings arriving in March, April, May, October, November and December, cancellations up to 12:00 noon (local time), 2 days before the date of arrival will not incur a charge.
- For cancellations outside the time limits above, the total cost of the accommodation booking will be charged to your debit or credit card.
- For non-arrival, the total cost of the accommodation booking will be charged to your debit or credit card, and the remainder of your booking will be cancelled.
- Pets accepted at the hotel subject to a small charge – please contact us for details. Normally 5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for medium dogs and 3500 Euros for hippopotamuses (if you can get them up the stairs). Giraffes not accepted.
- Accounts become payable in full on departure, when your account balance reaches 1000 EUR or at the request of the management (whichever occurs first).
- We will never pass your details to third parties. We may occasionally send you information about the hotel. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us or ‘unsubscribe’ when you receive our email.
Bookings must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card, but in the interests of security, we recommend that you do not send your card details by email. You can provide your card details to us by:
