From Paris

Take the A6 towards Lyon and just before Macon (between Junctions 28 and 29), take the A40 towards Geneva.  As you near Geneva, take the A41 (Junction 13) towards Annecy.

From Geneva

From the Airport, follow signs for the autoroute to France and Chamonix (the Swiss N1 autoroute which you take for a short while runs right past the airport).  Pass through Swiss/French customs and take the A41 towards Annecy.

… and then from the A41 (heading towards Annecy)

Exit at Junction 18, signposted Allonzier la C.  Turn left (third exit) at the roundabout onto the D1201 (signposted Annecy). Head back over the top of the autoroute following the green signs to Annecy.  At the large roundabout, take the third available exit onto the D2 towards Groisy.  After 6.7km, at the T–junction at the bottom of the hill, turn left towards Thorons–Glières (still on the D2).  As you enter Thorons–Glières, go straight over the first roundabout, and then right (first exit) at the next roundabout (signposted Aviernoz). At the T–junction at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto the D5.  Go through the village of Aviernoz, and Hotel Camelia is on your right at the top of the hill.

From Annecy

Follow the directions for Chamonix Mont Blanc (on the green signs) and head north out of town on the D2201 (passing the large Carrefour supermarket on your right) or on the D1201, following signs to Chamonix and Thonon-Evian.  Taking either route, you will briefly travel on the D2203 before joining the D1203 at Pont de Brogny, where you turn right at the mini roundabout.  Pass under the railway bridge, still heading for Chamonix on the D1203.  After 4km, turn right onto the D175, signposted Villaz.  In Villaz, turn left (third exit) at the roundabout, passing through the centre of the village, and then left at the crossroads onto the D5 heading for Aviernoz and Thoron–Glières.  Hotel Camelia is on your left, before you reach the centre of Aviernoz village.
